When should you do this?
• This should be the first step (before RCx).
• This data will help you get a good picture of
what the systems are doing when you are not
there.
• Use this data to build a baseline or existing
condition.
• This may be a way to document the
improvement or set the baseline or outline a
fault condition.

What costs are we looking at?

scope) Will be dependent on number of pieces of
equipment and systems. Size and type of building and
number of points.
