Jajce has a long history related to tourism. The history and culture of Jajce
attracts
annually a large number of tourists, mainly from Holland, Scandinavia, the
Balkans, and in recent years also from the Middle East.

Real estate overview
The featured items in this investment proposal is the Panorama restaurant,
located about five kilometers from Jajce and Hotel Jajce, located
approximately seven km from Jajce. The restaurant and the hotel is currently
owned by Pelva d.d. The objects are located on strategically important
locations, seen from a tourism perspective. Panorama Restaurant
overlooking the Small Pliva lake and Jajce Hotel right at the Great Pliva Lake
shore. Pliva is a relatively small river in the central part of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, however one of the most significant in terms of natural, cultural
and historical heritage and value as a natural rarity. The map below is

Hotel Jajce
Hotel Jajce is located right on the lake shore, about seven kilometers (10
minutes by car) from Jajce. The hotel was built in 1972 at the request of Tito
and was one of Yugoslavia's finest hotels. The hotel had a capacity of 140
rooms and the site extends over an area of 45 000 square meters. The hotel
overlooks Great Pliva lake and consists of numerous items which the main
building is a four story building that previously contained all facilities
belonging to a five-star hotel such as restaurants, bar, swimming pool, lifts,
etc. The hotel was destroyed during the war and is in the current state not
restored.

Restaurant Panorama
Restaurant Panorama is located at the Small Pliva lake with a spectacular
view over the lake and its surroundings. The restaurant is restaurated after
the war. Today, it is mostly used for bigger events like weddings. The
restaurant can be rebuilt into luxury aparments with lake view. Distance to
city centre is approximately 5 minutes by car.
