Construction with AluZinc steel sheet
Bolted design
The aluzinc is iron, laminated with a metallic
covering:

The iron gives physical strength, while the alloy
covering (aluminium-55% & zinc-43.4%) gives a
good resistant to corrosion;
Aluzinc does not distort at high temperatures (up to
310°) and outlasts traditional galvanising by
between 2 & 6 times.

Compact and light circuit breaker (more or less 24kV size and weight) comparing
with other 36 kV circuit breakers in the market
Withdrawable casette type circuit breaker carried with fixed or hydrolic trolley
Circuit breaker racking in/out with closed door (interlocked with CB movement),
inspection window on the door
Strong, robust compartment (Panel is delivered while the circuit breaker is inside)

All busbars are round shape heat shrink material insulated copper
No supportive insulators are used for busbar system. All are supported by
bushings
Busbars bolted together and connection points are insulated with re-usable
polycarbonate T-boots which can be easily installed after the connection is made
