 Established in 1987 as a socially owned enterprise DP DEMI – High
pressure hydraulics, with headquarters in Despotovac
 In 1991 KOMPRAD d.o.o. is founded, as a private, family company,
with a business portfolio in agricultural machinery trade and
services, and production of small metal products (screws, bolts,
nuts and rings)
 In 1999 KOMPRAD took over DP DEMI
 In 2000, new, privately owned enterprise is formed, under the
name KOMPRAD-DEMI d.o.o.
 Since 2006 the company operates under the name DEMI-HIDRAULIK
CO. and extends its production program
