are conditions, standards, indicators, that every
championship team meets. Even the upset
winners, the teams that come “from
nowhere”…all share the same traits. The prime
factor is that they do it TOGETHER.

FUNDRAISING OVERVIEW
• Pancake Breakfast - each player is required to sell
(20) tickets to the pancake breakfast March 9th
• Safeco Classic - each player is required to sell (20)
tickets to the May 10th Seattle Mariner vs. Oakland A’s
game (you can begin selling these at any time)
• Fundraising Letter - each player is required to send out
(10) letters to family/friends asking to support NHS
baseball
• Summer Scramble Golf Tournament – August 9th –
fundraiser in conjunction with football and basketball.
Funds will be split between the 3 sports

to play in the 2014 High School Baseball Classic
at Safeco Field
 Player responsibility (required) is 20 tickets

 Game Balls – help procure sponsors for each varsity
home game to offset the cost of game balls and provide
advertising opportunity

 There will again be options for team wear (spirit
pack) and fan wear to be ordered online
 Required items for each player: white baseball
pants, red sleeves, Newport t-shirt, NHS hat,
black baseball shoes and NHS baseball bag
 Items will be added to the team store as soon as
it is finalized
