– To demonstrate improved operational capability of
Unmanned Surface Vehicles by optimizing the vehicle’s
performance characteristics for selected missions
• Clean sheet design
• Optimize range, endurance, speed, payload fraction,
seakeeping, tow thrust, etc.
• 6.2 program, but focused on rapid “time to market”
