SDEC C6121 engine is manufactured according the Caterpillar 3306 industrial engine
technical license.
C6121是引进卡特彼勒公司3306柴油机技术而生产的发动机，具有如下特点：
I) High reliability. The serial service time can reach to 4000 working hours without any
errors , and more than 10000 working hours before next heavy repair.

装载机、推土机一般平均故障间隔期为4000小时以上，大修期大于10000小时。

Structure: with single rocker and reversal structure, the
thickness of both lifting and unloading arms are 50mm,
welded by high strength alloy steel plates, all their hoses
are bored by CNC machining center.
结构：单摇臂、反转机构，动臂板厚50mm，全部采用高强
度合金钢焊接，数控加工所有轴孔；
Seal: All linkage joints are sealed with double-layer
seals for dustproof and inside lubrication.
密封：铰点全部采用双端密封，防尘效果好，内部润滑好。
Advantage of shafts and sleeve
销轴、轴套特点
All shafts and sleeves are made by high strength alloy steel, their rigidity level are
much higher because a special quencher technology is used on these parts. 高强
度合金钢制造的销轴、轴套，采用特殊淬火工艺，淬火后硬度等级高.
The rigidity level of our shafts is more than HRC60. 合力销轴硬度达到HRC60以上，
而国内普遍为HRC47-52；
The rigidity level of our sleeves is more than HRC55. 合力轴套硬度达到HRC55，
而国内普遍为HRC40-47。

easily. 使用：电控单手柄，操纵轻便、灵活；
 Increasing service life: Ordinary gear train, constant mesh gear, imported friction
plate and septa. 寿命：定轴、常啮合齿轮，进口摩擦片、隔片，寿命长；
 Torque converter: Single stage three components torque converter with high
efficiency. 变矩器：单级三元件变矩器，效率高；
 Working efficiency: 4 forward gears and 4 reverse gears, Kick-down Function(only
available at 1st and 2nd) offers an easy and comfortable operation. 效率：前四后四
档位，且具有强制换档及KD换档功能，工作效率高。

K-D功能介绍
Kick-down function had been assembled in all HELI transmissions which
is the same as ZF transmission. This function is most popular in high and
middle levels of wheel loaders. 目前，国内在中高端装载机中，如ZF传动系统，
其具有操纵时的K-D强制换档功能，利于提高工作效率。合力BZ050/030型变速
箱也集成了上述功能，可靠性高。
其功能主要作用如下：
Kick-down Function(only available at 1st and 2nd gears)on HELI range
selector offer an easy and comfortable operation system for wheel loader
drivers,during the operation.由上述换档过程，可以发现此功能降低了司机劳动
强度，降低了燃油消耗，提高了发动机使用寿命，综合提高了装载机作业效率。

Machinery Industry of China and got the certificate for EC
type-testing in October of 2008, including FORS/ROPS
