Scopo dello studio
Ottenere un set completo di dati nazionali, al fine di migliorare le nostre
conoscenze sulle diverse terapie antitrombotiche (singole o in combinazione)
comunemente impiegate dal ricovero alla dimissione nei pazienti con diagnosi
di SCA sottoposti a diverse strategie terapeutiche
(rivascolarizzazione miocardica percutanea, chirurgica o strategia conservativa).
Valutare l’incidenza di eventi avversi (ischemici ed emorragici)
intraospedalieri in una popolazione reale di pazienti ricoverati in
UTIC per SCA trattati con differenti strategie di rivascolarizzazione e
combinazioni di agenti antitrombotici.

CONCLUSIONI / I
I pazienti con SCA delle UTIC Italiane
- Alto rischio ischemico e
basso-moderato rischio di
sanguinamento
- La Medical Rx rappresenta il 42% nei NSTE-ACS
- Il pre-trattamento con DAPT nell’ 80% dei pazienti
- La tp antiaggregante somministrata al momento
della diagnosi è modificata di rado

I pazienti con SCA delle UTIC Italiane
-PCI è il più potente predittore di prescrizione di nuovi
inibitori P2Y12 alla dimissione
-Alla dimissione, circa 1/3 di NSTE-ACS e solo 2/3 dei
pazienti con STEMI ricevono P2Y12

Tutti i pazienti consecutivi dimessi con diagnosi di sindrome coronarica acuta (SCA) con o
senza sopraslivellamento del tratto ST (NSTEACS o STEMI) ricoverati nelle Unità di Terapia
Intensiva Coronariche (UTIC) italiane sottoposti a trattamento invasivo o conservativo.
