Overview of the Buying Process
1.
Buyer reviews plan options on the Exchange
2.
Buyer selects HumanaOne Plan from offerings found on the
Exchange site.
3.
Buyer is taken to Humana’s Enrollment Application Site (Online
Humana Buyers Portal).
4.
Buyer will enter the requested information to apply for the
plan and coverage they have selected.
5.
When they are done, buyer will receive a confirmation email.
Buyer may also have benefit related questions.
