anupalan has been created to meet the stringent requirements of
various compliances thrown upon the corporate world by the
Companies Act, 2013.
The idea of anupalan 2728 – Secretarial Management System, was
conceived immediately with the enactment of the Companies Act,
2013 and took several months to develop and implement in a group
with a listed company and more than 20 other companies, including

conceived and created the ACE, X-ise and CORALerp.
He is one of the founder member & past Secretary Microcomputer Users Club, Calcutta Chapter. He is
also the Co-chairman- Standing Committee on IT & Communication of the MCC Chamber of Commerce &
Industry.
Venkatraghavan Krishnswami
Venkatraghavan Krishnswami, is both a sun (now Oracle) certified Java programmer and Microsoft
certified solution developer. He started his career in 2000 as a programmer & technical trainer, having
clocked over 2500 hours imparting training. Since 2001, he has successfully designed and developed
numerous client server/ web applications that involve high traffic. He has a penchant for open source
technologies and transparent development process.
Pradip Kumar Modi
Pradip is a qualified professional - Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India), Cost Accountant (ICWAI, India) and
Certified Management Accountant (CMA, USA). He has over 10 years’ of experience of manufacturing,
trading & distribution business, as well as of 9 years of CA advisory services.
