• Procedures: – work both with our internal-built procedures or adapt to customer’s rules; – both level 1 and level 2 tech support are organized according to international standards (ITIL, ISO); • Human Capital: – over 100 agents and 20 team leaders, with minimum 4 years of experience in support activities; – over 80 agents and 15 team leaders with Excellent German/English/Romanian Speaking, Writing and Understanding skills (including different dialects); • Infrastructure: – experience with several issue tracking systems: both home-made and brands (i.e. Remedy); – strong recruiting capabilities over Romanian market, specialized in German and English Languages; – partnerships with German speaking technical universities in Romania; – capability of recruitment and set-up in Bucharest, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara, Sibiu and other German-speaking areas of Romania; – evaluation packages targeting different sets of skills, ensuring continuous improvement;
