Successful Candidates Can:
• Develop a floor community, programs, and
positive relationships
• Role model mature and appropriate behavior
• Take responsibility for the hall environment,
student development, and learning
• Attend weekly staff meetings and periodical
training sessions as provided
• Return to campus in early August for important
training
Successful Candidates Can:

Complete monthly safety check lists
Be positive in their attitude and action
Establish a positive working relationship with
every student on the floor
• Enroll in no more than 18 credit hours each
semester
• Have a GPA
of 2.75 or above
Successful Candidates Can:
• Devote a considerable amount of time to their
position, without harming their studies (spend at
least 4 nights a week on your floor)
• Understand that this position is
the best decision you will make of
your undergraduate career, but it
is a position that requires a selfless
servant leader.

The Process
1. Attend the Informationals! (Check:Done)
2. Fill out the Google Doc you will receive on
Wednesday
3. Create a professional resume and cover
letter and e-mail them to [email protected]
before Tuesday, February 11th at 5pm.

4. Upload your video response to
YouTube by Tuesday, February 11th.
– In your e-mail you will receive three
questions in which we are asking for your
response
– Videos should reflect your personality
and be a mix between a formal interview
and an audition for The Real World. 
– Under 5 minutes!

6. Presentation and Scenario Response
– Saturday Feb. 22nd from 8am-1pm
7. Individual Interview – Week of Feb
24-27th

9. Housing Selection – March 3rd
Resume Help
• The Career Center is happily offering
resume help on these following dates:
– Thursday Feb 6th: 4pm-6pm
– Friday Feb 7th: 1pm-3pm
– Monday Feb 10th: 10am-12pm
