Core Functions of HRM Division

Deals with the Personnel / Establishment matters of the HEC’s Regular, Project / Contract employees including appointments promotions and transfers etc.

Provides human resource to various Divisions/Sections according to HEC budget and as per approved projects being run by the HEC. Arrange meetings of the Selection Board, Selection Committee / DPC, Scrutiny Committees etc.

Maintains the PERS/ ACRs and Service Statements / Service Books of the officers / officials.

Process the cases of Employees for Pension, G.P. Fund, Group Life Insurance, Benevolent Fund and Trainings all around Pakistan.

Provides house requisitioning and medical facilities to entitled employees.

Maintains active collaboration and coordination with all the other Divisions/ Sections of HEC. R&I Section

Manpower Placement, Training and Development , Job Rotation, Retention Planning, Promotion, Appointment,

Welfare Communication & Relation Initiatives & Changes

Housing & Medical facilities, Pension/ Gratuity, Group Life Insurance, Benevolent Fund. Working Environment, , education, awareness on health and safety and other issues, recreation facilities, etc.

Employees relations, grievance and disciplinary procedures, settlement of disputes, etc.

Employees Engagement, Employees Branding , Compensation, Teaming up for tasks such as Gender Mainstreaming, Programs for Disabled HEC Employees, Paper Recycling , Education for Employees and their children, Retreat programs etc.

Automation of Dak System, Weekly meetings with HEC Divisions / Sections / Offices.
