The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is an ideal entry point for engineers with the energy and
drive to define and deliver world-class manufacturing processes, products and services. Possible assignments include
shop operations, process engineering, lean manufacturing, global supply chain management, materials management,
and environmental health and safety implementation.

Bsc/Msc in Engineering - Industrial Engineering/ Mechanics/Electronics
Technion graduates cum laude, outstanding academic achievements , up to1 year of experience in
relative industry
Excellent communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to career in operations management
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Fluency in English
Successful candidates are required to go through 4 rotational assignments in different business
areas within GE Healthcare sites locally or overseas

What is the Operations Management Leadership Program?
The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is a GE Corporate entrylevel rotational program providing real world and classroom training to promising early
career operations leaders.
• Two-year program that allows members to build leadership and functional skills
through
challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
• 4 rotations, each lasting 6 months, up to 2 relocations while on program.
• Location – GEHC sites throughout EMEA, typically starts at home country site.
