Working Conditions Authority
• State authority which aims:
– to promote the improvement of working conditions by
checking compliance with labour standards in the
context of private labour relations
– to promote occupational risk prevention policies
– to check compliance with legislation on health and
safety at work in all sectors of public or private activity.
• Develops its inspection action in the context of public
authority powers
• Jurisdiction over the whole of the mainland territory
