ADRIA Mediation Profession Advocacy Task Force
PURPOSE
Explore the broader questions around mediator compensation and the adv ocacy role of ADRIA Research mediator compensation, how it relates to pro bono activities, and its i mpact on the mediation profession and practices; Provide possible approaches\strategies for ADRIA Board consideration to effecti vely and appropriately advocate for ADRIA members moving forward.

Research (Target Sept 1,2014 ) “White Paper” to document research, findings, questions. (Target Oct. 1, 2014) Develop\implement a membership consultation strategy including prepa ring a “what we heard” document.
