 Conference attendance up 10% (membership attendance up 20%)
 Academy attendance was 650 – up 15% over 2012

 Operating surplus to disappear in 2014
 Conference expenses up approx. £100,000
 Other operating expenses up by £145,000 due to

 Hire of R&D Manager (new hire)
 Increased research budget
 Planned (small) surplus to be restored in 2015
