• BAPCB defines User ID
• Concurrent use of ID is not allowed
• User ID is strictly confidential

Password Rules:
• Passwords must have a maximum of eight (8)
to ten (10) alpha- numeric
characters. Password re-use is not allowed.
• Forced change after initial login (using default
password provided), and every 90 days
thereafter.
A. Rules enforced by the System
Session Timeout after 45 minutes of idle time.
- Auto-blocking after three (3) consecutive invalid login
attempts. (Request for unblocking will be handled
following existing BAP-CB procedures)
- After sixty (60) consecutive days of non-use, the user
profile will be tagged as 'Inactive'. Activation will have to
be done in writing with the approval of the Authorizing
Officer.

B. Reasons for ‘Access Denied’ or ‘Blocked’ Status
- Access Denied
• User’s account was improperly logged-off (e. g.
closing the browser window)
• Invalid Password
• Concurrent use of ID
Note: If you encounter “Access Denied” warning, call BAPCB helpdesk at 812-4791 or 813-6899 to know the actual
status of the ID, (ONLY the user can ask for the status. The
BAPCB Help Desk staff will verify the user identity.) Or
send an SMS/Text message to BAPCB at 0917-54-22722 or
Call/Text Message at 0928-622-7445.
C. Resetting of User ID
• By SMS & Email – sending message requesting for resetting
of User ID with the following verification:
o Full Name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name)
o User Name
o Birth Date
o Designation
o Department
o Place of Birth
• Send SMS/text message to BAPCB at 0917-54-22722 or
• Call to 0928-622-7445
• Email at [email protected]
D. Reminders

You are responsible for all actions executed using your
assigned ID.
Do not leave your MiDAS session unattended.
End your session properly by clicking on the Log-off/Log-out
icon, not by closing the browser window.
Advise BAP-CB for any change in status in the use of your ID.

any assistance or should you have any question regarding
your access to Bureau web services.
