Our colleague accommodation is situated in a newly developed community Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO)located on the Emirates/Alain Road Exit 44 .

It is approximately twelve kilometres away from the InterContinental Hotels in Dubai Festival City.

Dear Colleagues Welcome to IHG DFC Colleague Accommodation. We realise that where your live is very important to you hence we try to meet your accommodation needs as far as we possibly can, to enable you to make the most of this new and exciting period in your life.

In this brochure we aim to give you all the information you will need in order to get settled in. Our aim is to provide you with secure, safe accommodation and to offer support and information throughout your stay.

If you are hired internationally, living in residential accommodation will probably be a new experience for you. You will be sharing with colleagues from all over the world, giving you the opportunity to make new friends from diverse cultures. However as we understand this may not be easy, especially to those who are living away from home for the first time, our housing team, who are trained professionals are always willing to provide advice and support to help you settle in your new home as quickly as possible.

Whether you are in a single or sharing furnished apartment, self all our accommodation is arranged in fully contained apartments.

Bedroom All bedrooms contain standard bedroom furniture including a bed, side table and wardrobe. Bed linen, pillows, duvet, hand towels, room curtains and shower curtains are provided.



Living Room Living Rooms are furnished with a three seat sofa, centre table, TV stand, four seat dining table and room curtains.



Kitchen Each kitchen contains a hot plate, kettle, fridge freezer, storage units, iron and ironing board. Cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided.



Don’t forget to bring with you photos of your family or anything else that will help you turn the apartment into a comfortable home for yourself.
