User Profiles transferred to new system; user’s log in details remain the same
Vacancies posted on old system will remain accessible until 31 March 2014
Users able to select which system they want to access
Transition Approach - Implications
There will be no break in recruitment.
Vacancies on old system only accessible until 31
March 2014.
Onus on Vacancy Holders to finish exercises by
end of March; if not will have to complete off line.
After end of March will have to provide feedback
to candidates by e-mail.
Reserve lists will need to be maintained off line by
recruitment teams.
Need to use Civil Service Initial Sift Test (CSIST)
tool to access individuals’ test scores.
Surplus individuals’ profiles will transfer over to
new system.
Data retained on old system until 31 July 2014.
