To educate both CAP members and the general
public on the important role aviation and space
has played and will continue to play in America’s
future.
To encourage our nation’s youth to consider
aerospace careers and to promote civil aviation
to local communities.
Aerospace Education
 Civil Air Patrol aerospace curriculum and

programs support science, math, language arts,
reading, history, and technology education, while
providing teachers with the tools to teach
ordinary subjects in extraordinary ways.
Curriculum meets national academic content
standards and addresses STEM (Science,
Mathematics, Engineering and Mathematics)
initiatives.

Program (TOP) Flights






Free orientation flight in CAP airplane!
To participate, contact
[email protected].
Your name and contact information
will be given to the TOP Flights Point of
Contact (POC) in your area.
The POC will contact you to plan a
mutually-agreeable time and date for
the flight.
The TOP Flights experience will include
an airplane orientation. Full AE
workshops are also an option at times.
Flights are more fun with a fellow teacher,
so encourage a peer to join CAP and
come flying with you!
