Rejestracja Czasu Pracy – zasada działania
W systemie Rejestracji Czasu Pracy pracownik posiada kartę zbliżeniową, która
charakteryzuje się unikalnym numerem.
W systemie Kontroli Dostępu czytniki zbliżeniowe rozmieszczone są na wejściu do
firmy oraz na wyjściu z firmy.
Pracownik po przyjściu do firmy, przykłada kartę do czytnika wejściowego i w tym
momencie system odnotowuje rozpoczęcie pracy. Gdy wychodzi z pracy przykłada
kartę do czytnika wyjściowego i system odnotowuje koniec pracy.
Do realizacji funkcjonalności RCP potrzebne są czytniki oraz oprogramowanie, które
będzie zbierać dane o wejściach, wyjściach oraz generowało raporty.

Brak dedykowanych, specjalnych czytników z wyświetlaczem,
Brak możliwości rejestrowania różnych typów wyjść (służbowe, prywatne, szkolenie itd.)
za pomocą jednego czytnika,
Czytnikiem do rejestracji czasu pracy jest dowolny wskazany czytnik zbliżeniowy w
systemie,
Czytnik wskazany jako czytnik RCP nie może realizować otwierania drzwi,
Oprogramowanie systemu KD (APE, BIS) nie zawiera sobie oprogramowania RCP ani
jego funkcjonalności. Jedynie generuje dla niego specjalne logi, które to oprogramowanie
RCP importuje i analizuje.

System Sygnalizacji Pożaru w odniesieniu do Kontroli Dostępu

Dotychczasowe powiązanie systemu SAP z systemem KD było konieczne na wszystkich
drzwiach objętych kontrolą dostępu, które znajdowały się na drogach ewakuacyjnych

Zadaniem systemu SAP było otwieranie drzwi kontroli dostępu będących w trybie normalnie
otwartym poprzez rozwarcie obwodu zasilania zamków/zwór


dnia 20 czerwca 2007 r. sprawie wykazu wyrobów służących zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa
