easy to go silent with your work and feel the need to separate from anyone who isn't in

You need to be open with your team and communicate what you're working on and
impediments your running into so You need to be able to communicate effectively and
properly with your clients too, especially if your client facing. Otherwise, it's going to
create massive headaches down the road. Your team knows what's going on.
Great Time and Task Management: Being in a web development company field and
obviously many others, you have a lot of deadlines and projects that you have to do.
