SREP: COEFFICIENTI PATRIMONIALI DEL GRUPPO LARGAMENTE
SUPERIORI AI REQUISITI MINIMI COMUNICATI DA BANCA D’ITALIA
Con riferimento al comunicato stampa “SREP: coefficienti patrimoniali
del Gruppo largamente superiori ai requisiti minimi comunicati da
Banca d’Italia” diffuso lunedì 6 marzo alle ore 11:01, Banca
Mediolanum precisa che i requisiti patrimoniali sono vincolanti a partire
dalla segnalazione sui fondi propri dal 01/01/2017 e non al 31/12/2016
come erroneamente comunicato ieri.

TO THE PRESS RELEASE
SREP: CAPITAL RATIOS OF THE GROUP FAR HIGHER THAN THE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF BANK OF ITALY
With reference to the press release “SREP: Capital ratios of the
Group far higher than the minimum requirements of Bank of
Italy” disseminated Monday, March 6 at 11:01 a.m., Banca
Mediolanum specifies that the capital requirements are binding effective
from January 1, 2017 as per the regulatory report on own funds and not
as at December 31, 2016 as had been communicated incorrectly
yesterday.
