Epidemic Sound has signed a representation agreement with gymsound.de/nl/eu.
gymsound.de/nl/eu has been granted sub-licensing powers to issue direct licenses of
Epidemic Sound music to its customers.
You have chosen an Epidemic Sound license under your agreement gymsound.de/nl/eu. This
means that the Epidemic Sound music you use on our Contentbox and in our virtual
Groupfitnessclasses is not affiliated to any collective music rights organisation and hence,
that you do not need to pay any fees to any such organisation based on any affiliation by
any Epidemic Sound music to such collecting society.
You have chosen an Epidemic Sound license for the following sports club:

We regularly conduct controls of the music, to make sure that the music is directly acquired
and not affiliated to any collecting society based on any membership of any composer,
performing artist or producer with any collecting society.
IMPORTANT - If you use exclusively the Epidemic Sound music catalogue in your business:
- You can cancel your exsisting agreement with GEMA, GVL, AKM, SUISA,
BUMA/STEMRA, SENA, SABAM, SGAE.
- You shall have no obligation to pay any license fee to GEMA, GVL, AKM, SUISA,
BUMA/STEMRA, SENA, SABAM, SGAE based on any affiliation of any Epidemic Sound
music.
- Send a copy of this certification to these organisations.
- Ask the relevant organisation(s) to provide a confirmation that you shall have the right
to terminate any existing agreement.
However, please note that if you play any music other than Epidemic Sound
music, you may be obliged to pay fees to these organisations!
Should GEMA, GVL, AKM, SUISA, BUMA/STEMRA, SENA, SABAM, SGAE continue to send any
invoices after receiving this certificate provided by Epidemic Sound, please let us know and
we will contact the organisation directly.
