1.1. Introduction
Congratulations on purchasing your new AquaMatic machine.
Read this manual and follow the instructions before you use the
AquaMatic, this allows you to use the machine properly.
You are responsible for safe operation and maintenance of your
machine. You should ensure that you, and anyone else who will
operate the machine and / or maintained or otherwise involved, is
aware of the operational and maintenance procedures, and all
information in the field of safety in this manual. Through this
guide, you will be guided step by step through your daily routine
and you will be made aware of all the measures necessary for the
safe operation of the machine. Keep this manual on hand so you
can quickly look something up.

we reserve the right to change the specifications stated in this
manual at any time and without notice.
1.2. Usage of the Aquamatic
The AquaMatic meets the requirements of the Machinery
Directive 2006/42/EC.
The AquaMatic is intended to de-stack buckets and fill them with
water and (optional) flower food.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damages caused by
usage for purposes other than those indicated here or by incorrect
use.
1.3.3. Repairs and maintenance






Repairs may only be performed by professionals. Improper
repairs to this machine can cause the user great risks.
Turn off the machine, shut down the power completely and
clean the machine before you begin service, maintenance,
adjustments, and repairs.
Ensure that all electrical switches are turned off before you
turn the power back on.
Make sure all guards are properly locked – if maintenance
work is finished.
Replace damaged electrical wires, cables, switches, and other
components immediately.
Contact your dealer for further questions.
1.4. Danger and safety stickers.
The on the AquaMatic mounted safety stickers contain important
and useful information for keeping the machine / system safe in
operation.

Ensure the safety stickers are always clean and readable.

Replace missing labels and stickers that have become
unreadable.

On replacing components with a safety sticker, the new
components must be affixed with a sticker again.

The safety symbol identifies important safety messages on
the sterndrive and in the manual. If you see this symbol, be
alert to the risk of (fatal) injury. Follow the instructions of the
security sticker.
1.3. Important safety instructions and warnings
1.3.1. Installation


Provide an electrical connection that meets the general and
local guidelines (Low Voltage Directives 73/23/EEC and BS
1010).
Ensure a stable position of the machine.
1.3.2. Daily usage









Do not drink flower food from the flower food container
because this fluid is not intended for consumption.
Only authorized and trained personnel may operate the
machine. It is not allowed for non-qualified persons to
operate the machine.
Provide a first aid kit for any accidents. Put this kit in a visible
place.
Keep a fire extinguisher readily available. Install it in a clear
obvious place.
Before working with the machine, install all protective
devices, and ensure that they are fastened (mechanical or
electrical) sound.
Only open the electrical panel when the system power is
turned off at the main panel.
Wear effective protective clothing and tie long hair in a knot.
Call 1-1-2 for emergency assistance immediately in life
threatening situations.
For further questions contact your dealer.

1.5. Warranty
Hans van der Poel B.V. guarantees one year warranty after
delivery, if the machine is used properly as described in this
manual.
The warranty covers all defects in the machine, which result from
manufacturing or use of poor materials.
By misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance, normal wear
and tear, damage caused by an external cause or improper repairs
or alternations will void any warranty.
The components which are not fabricated by Hans van der Poel
B.V, like electronic and hydraulic components, are covered by the
warranty of the original manufacturer.
In case of malfunctions, damage, or other complaints you should
always contact your dealer.

1.7.1. Description and operation
The AquaMatic consists of a stainless steel standard structure and
a stainless steel/green plastic bucket dispenser which pulls the
buckets apart.
The buckets in stacks are placed in the machine. Then they are
one by one dispended with an adjustable interval. From the
dispenser, they land on a turning plateau or a conveyor belt. Then
they are filled at the filling station with a specific amount of water
an (optional) flower food.
a. The turning plateau rotates a step further or the
conveyor belt moves further.
b. At this station the buckets filled with water and the
flower food can be picked up at an ergonomic working
height.
The AquaMatic is suitable for several sizes of round buckets. The
bucket dispenser is adjustable for every bucket height and
diameter.
Because of the castor wheels the AquaMatic can be placed or
moved easily.
The machine can be equipped with a Dosatron unit which
arranges an accurate dosing of the flower food and the correct
mixture of flower food and water.
1.6. Registration
The identification plate of the AquaMatic data (series-,
production, part number and voltage) is mounted inside the
control panel.

Please include in correspondence and when ordering spare
parts, always the production, series, part number and voltage
of your machine.

1.8. Versions
1.7.2. Dosatron unit
The AquaMatic can be delivered with a Dosatron unit. This
Dosatron unit mixes the flower food and the water in the correct
ratio.

- Close the water supply and release the pressure to zero;
- Turn the conical bolt/ blocking loose (to the left); fig. a.
- Turn the dosing bolt to the left or to the right until it corresponds
with the required dosing values. fig. b.
- Tighten the conical bolt/blocking bolt (to the right). fig. a.
International conversion
1. This Dosatron has a range of 0,1 to 0,9 this is 0,01% up to 0,09%
 1 up to 9 ml/liters.

Fill the canister with flower food if this is almost empty.

Sensors in the turntable of 3 positions
This version of the AquaMatic can be delivered in two versions:
with a clockwise turntable or an anticlockwise turntable. Both
versions have three sensors which are located under the
turntable.
Sensor 1: When the hole of the turntable is reached, the turntable
stops and a new bucket will be dispended onto the table.
Sensor 2 (filling station): Registers if there is a bucket situated in
the station. If present, an adjustable amount of water is dispensed
into the bucket.
Sensor 3 (pick up): Checks the pick-up station. If there is a bucket
detected at this station the turntable won’t turn. When the bucket
is removed the AquaMatic will start the cycle again.

The mixing tube helps the water to mix with the flower food.

With this element, the flower food can be pumped out of larger
canisters.

1.8.2. Turntable with 4 positions (dispense, fill,
buffer, pick up)

Same usage as the turntable with 3 positions but with an extra
buffer. This allows that two buckets at the same time can be
picked up.
Sensors in the turntable with 4 positions.
Same usage as the turntable with 3 positions. Note that
underneath the second buffer station no sensor is placed. When a
bucket is taken from that station, nothing happens.

The buckets are placed in stacks into the machine. The dispenser
delivers the buckets one by one at a certain interval on the
conveyor belt. When they pass the filling station, the conveyor
belt stops. When the bucket is filled the conveyor, belt moves
again. This process continues until the entire conveyor belt is filled
with buckets. When the last one is taken away the belt moves one
place ahead. Due to the ergonomic working height, the buckets
are easily taken off from the belt, and easily placed on a container.

Sensor 2 (filling position): Registers if there is a bucket placed at
the filling position. If there is a bucket at the filling station, the
bucket is filled with the correct amount of water and (optional)
flower food.
Sensor 3 (Take away station): At the end of the conveyor, this
sensor checks if there is a bucket present. If the bucket is present,
the conveyor won’t move. When this bucket is taken away the
conveyor moves a new bucket to the end.

The systems use five separating wheels around the buckets to
force movement from each other. The separating wheels can be
adjusted to different crane height of the buckets with help of the
shims. The thickness varies between 1,2,3,4 and 5 mm. This
thickness is marked on the shims. Always use the same size of
shims on the five separating wheels.

Touchscreen: Touchscreen to control the AquaMatic.
Red emergency button: When there is a threat of a
dangerous situation, press this button immediately. The
machine will stop immediately.
Main switch: Power on (position 1) / Power off (position
0).

Start screen / Reset button: This is the main screen of the
AquaMatic. Press on the RESET button to start. Touch in the upper
right corner to enter the settings menu.

Place the power plug in the wall outlet.
Turn the main switch 1 to position 1 to start the machine
Adjust the amount of water in the main menu. “Instellingen
liters per emmer” select the desired amount.

Adjust the diameter of the dispenser to the desired diameter
of the bucket.  “Open dispenser” and “Close dispenser”.

Adjust the height of the dispenser to the height of the
buckets.
Reset screen when the emergency button is pressed: Turn the
emergency knob to the right and press the “RESET” button.
Main menu:

Start: Start automatic operation.

Stop: Stops the machine.

Open dispenser: Enlarges the space for bigger buckets.

Dicht dispenser: Creates a smaller space for smaller buckets.

Watergeven: Manually gives water.

Omhoog dispenser: Moves the dispenser upwards.

Omlaag dispenser: Moves the dispenser downwards.

Instellingen liters per emmer: Menu where the amount of
water for each bucket can be determined.
Settings menu:

Correctiefactor encoder watergeven: To correct the amount
of pulses the literteller gives to the actual liters of water
supplied.

Timer after drops (seconds).

Count to set the distance in between the buckets.

The amount of water and flower food for each of the
buckets.

Adjusting the turntable: Adjust the catch plate; the catch plate is
tightened with wing bolts and adjustable for simple
adjustments to catch the buckets

Reset the red button.

Press the green start button to start the process.

Adjust the height of the filling spout. Turn the wing bolt to
tighten or loosen the square tube. When loosened the filling,
spout can be adjusted to the proper height.
After the machine, has been turned off, first the red button
must be reset. Secondly press the green starting button.
The turntable or conveyor belt starts to move when there is
no bucket at the pick-up station.
When starting the process this way a possibility exist that the
turntable isn’t in the correct position. If this happens press
the reset button to reset the system to the home position.
Stopping the AquaMatic
Turn off.
Press the red safety button. Turn off the main switch en pull the
power plug from the wall socket, to completely stop the machine.

1.10. Malfunctions






The machine does not start
o No electrical power supply.

Check the fuses in your fuse box.
Are they broken? Change the fuses.
o The power plug is not placed in the wall socket

Place the power plug in the socket
o No electrical power.

Check the fuses in the control cabinet.
Are they broken? Change the fuses.
The buckets aren’t pulled apart.
o The diameter is not set properly.

Adjust the diameter with the buttons
open or close dispenser.
o The shims are not correctly mounted

Adjust the shims to the correct position.
The turntable does not turn.
o Sensor 3 (pick up station) contains dirt

Clean sensor 3 (pick up station) with a dry
towel. Ensure the machine is completely
off!
o Controller is in malfunction.

Turn of the main switch for 30 seconds.
The turntable does not stop
o Sensor 1 is not reacting.

Contact your supplier.
The conveyor does not move.
o Controller is in malfunction.

Turn of the main switch for 30 seconds.
Machine gives no water.
o Sensor 2 (pick up station) contains dirt.

Clean sensor 2 (pick up station) with a dry
towel. Ensure the machine is completely
off!

2.1. Inleiding
Gefeliciteerd met de aanschaf van uw nieuwe AquaMatic machine.
Lees deze handleiding en volg de instructies voordat u de AquaMatic
in gebruik neemt, zodat u de machine correct kunt gebruiken.
U bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilig gebruik en onderhoud van
uw machine. U dient zich ervan te vergewissen dat uzelf, en ieder
ander die de machine gaat bedienen en/of onderhouden, of
anderszins daarbij betrokken is, op de hoogte is van de bedrijfs- en
onderhoudsprocedures en van alle informatie op het gebied van
veiligheid in deze handleiding. Via deze handleiding wordt u stap
voor stap begeleid bij uw dagelijkse routine en wordt u bewust
gemaakt van alle maatregelen die nodig zijn voor een veilig gebruik
van de machine. Hou deze handleiding altijd bij de hand zodat u snel
iets kunt nazoeken.
Mechanisatie & Machinebouw Hans van der Poel B.V. streeft
voortdurend naar verbetering van producten en dienstverlening.
Daarom behouden wij het recht voor om de in deze
gebruikshandleiding vermelde specificaties op elk gewenst moment
en zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen.
2.2. Gebruik van de AquaMatic
De AquaMatic voldoet aan de eisen van de machinerichtlijn
2006/42/EG.
De AquaMatic is uitsluitend bestemd om containers met water en
bloemvoeding te vullen met behulp van een liftplatform.
Het liftplatform van de AquaMatic is uitsluitend geschikt voor
containers en heeft een maximaal toegelaten gewicht van 50kg.
De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade die is
ontstaan door gebruik voor andere doeleinden dan hier aangegeven
of door een foutieve bediening.
2.3. Belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies en
waarschuwingen.
2.3.1. Installatie


Zorg voor een elektrische aansluiting die voldoet aan de
algemene en locale voorschiften (laagspanningrichtlijnen
73/23/EEG en NEN 1010).
Zorg voor een stabiele opstelling van de machine.
2.3.2. Dagelijks gebruik









Drink geen snijbloemenvoeding uit de snijbloemenvoeding
container want deze snijbloemenvoeding is niet bestemd voor
consumptie.
Alleen bevoegde en goed opgeleide personen mogen de
machine bedienen. Het is niet-gekwalificeerde personen niet
toegestaan om de machine te bedienen .
Zorg voor een EHBO-doos voor eventuele ongevallen. Zet deze
op een duidelijk zichtbare plaats.
Zorg dat een brandblusser direct beschikbaar is. Installeer deze
op een duidelijk zichtbare plaats.
Installeer, voordat u met de machine gaat werken, alle
beschermingen en beveiligingen en zorg dat deze (mechanisch
of elektrisch) deugdelijk zijn beveiligd.
Open het elektrische paneel NIET om te werken aan het
elektrische systeem, tenzij de stroom op het hoofd paneel is
uitgeschakeld.
Draag doeltreffende beschermende kleding en bescherm lang
haar.
Bel 1-1-2 voor spoedeisende hulp bij direct levensbedreigende
situaties.
Neem bij verdere vragen contact op met uw leverancier.
2.3.3. Reparaties en onderhoud






Reparaties mogen uitsluitend door vakmensen worden
uitgevoerd. Door ondeskundige reparaties kan de gebruiker
grote risico’s lopen.
Schakel de machine uit, sluit de stroomtoevoer geheel af en
maak de machine zorgvuldig schoon, voordat u begint aan
service, onderhoud, instellingen of reparaties.
Zorg ervoor dat alle elektrische schakelaars uit staan voordat u
de stroom weer inschakelt.
Zorg ervoor dat alle beschermingen goed vergrendeld zijn – als
u klaar bent met het onderhoudswerk.
Vervang beschadigde elektrische draden, leidingen, schakelaars
of andere componenten onmiddellijk.
Neem bij verdere vragen contact op met uw leverancier.
2.4. Gevaar en Veiligheidsstickers
De op de AquaMatic aangebrachte veiligheidsstickers bevatten
belangrijke en nuttige informatie, opdat u uw machine/installatie
veilig in bedrijf kunt houden:

Zorg ervoor dat de veiligheidsstickers altijd schoon en leesbaar
zijn.

Vervang ontbrekende stickers en stickers die onleesbaar zijn
geworden.

Op vervangen componenten met een veiligheidssticker moet
opnieuw een sticker worden aangebracht.

Veiligheidsstickers zijn verkrijgbaar bij uw leverancier.

Het veiligheidssymbool verwijst naar belangrijke
veiligheidswaarschuwingen op de AquaMatic en in de
handleiding. Als u dit symbool ziet, wees dan op uw hoede voor
het gevaar van (fataal) lichamelijk letsel. Volg de instructie van
de veiligheidssticker op.

2.4.1. Veiligheidvoorzieningen
Bij de AquaMatic zijn de volgende veiligheidsvoorzieningen aanwezig
op de machine:

Noodstopschakelaar, geplaatst op het bedieningspaneel.

Thermische beveiliging van de aandrijfmotoren.
Let op het gebruik van de attentie woorden “Gevaar”, “Let op”,
“Bewegende delen”, “Waarschuwing”, in de
veiligheidswaarschuwing. De stickers die gebruikt worden op deze
machine zijn afgebeeld op de volgende tabel.

Wijst op de dreiging van een gevaarlijke situatie,
die – indien niet vermeden – de dood of zwaar
lichamelijk letsel tot gevolg kan hebben en omvat
ook de gevaren die kunnen ontstaan door het
wegnemen van beveiligingsvoorzieningen.

Lees de handleiding van de AquaMatic
zorgvuldig.

Neem alle veiligheidsmaatregelen en
voorschriften in acht.
“Let op”
Wijst op de dreiging van een gevaarlijke situatie,
die – indien niet vermeden – de dood of zwaar
lichamelijk letsel tot gevolg kan hebben en omvat
ook de gevaren die kunnen ontstaan door het
wegnemen van beveiligingsvoorzieningen.

Zorg ervoor dat de machine uitgeschakeld is
bij onderhoud.
“Bewegende delen”
Wijst op de dreiging van een gevaarlijke situatie,
die – indien niet vermeden – geringe of beperkte
verwonding tot gevolg kan hebben.

Zorg voor voldoende afstand van de
bedrijfszone. Kleren en haren kunnen vast
komen te zitten tussen de roterende delen.
“Waarschuwing”
Wijst op de dreiging van een gevaarlijke situatie,
die – indien niet vermeden – geringe of beperkte
verwonding tot gevolg kan hebben.

Zorg ervoor dat alle beschermingen
aanwezig zijn, voordat de machine in
gebruik genomen wordt.
2.5. Garantie
Hans van der Poel B.V. garandeert gedurende 1 jaar na levering de
deugdelijkheid van de door haar geleverde machine, mits goed
gemonteerd, behandeld en gebruikt.
De garantie omvat alle gebreken aan de geleverde machine, welke
het gevolg zijn van fabricagefouten of gebruik van slecht materiaal.
Door onoordeelkundig gebruik, onjuist of onvoldoende onderhoud,
normale slijtage, beschadigingen door een van buiten komende
oorzaak, foutief uitgevoerde reparatie en veranderingen vervalt alle
aansprakelijkheid op garantie.
De componenten die niet door Hans van der Poel B.V. gefabriceerd
zijn, bijv. elektronische en hydraulische onderdelen, worden gedekt
door de garantiebepalingen van de oorspronkelijke fabrikant.
Bij storingen, beschadigingen of andere klachten dient u zich altijd
tot uw leverancier te wenden.

De AquaMatic electrisch verstelbaar is leverbaar met een RVS
standaard structuur en een groene kunststof opbouw die de
gestapelde ronde emmers uit elkaar trekt.
De emmers worden gestapeld in het systeem geplaatst en worden
met een regelbaar interval één voor één op het laadstation met
een draaiplateau of met een transport band geplaatst. Ze worden
vervolgens eerst automatisch in het vulstation met een
gedoseerde hoeveelheid water (en optioneel met voeding) gevuld
waarna
a. het draaiplateau doordraait (AquaMatic met draaiplateau) of;
b. de transportband draait (AquaMatic met transport band) naar het
afhaalstation waar de bloemen eenvoudig door de medewerkers in
de emmers worden geplaatst.
Hierna is de emmer makkelijk op te pakken op een ergonomische
werkhoogte om bijvoorbeeld op een transportkar te plaatsen.
De AquaMatic is geschikt voor het gebruik van allerlei maten ronde
emmers. De opbouw is voor elke emmer in diameter verstelbaar. De
opbouw is bovendien in hoogte verstelbaar afhankelijk van de
gebruikte emmer.
Door de zwenkwielen is de AquaMatic eenvoudig te plaatsen/
verplaatsen.
De AquaMatic kan worden geleverd met een doseerset die zorgt
voor een nauwkeurige dosering van snijbloemenvoeding en de
juiste menging van water en bloemvoeding.
2.6. Registratie
Het identificatie plaatje van de AquaMatic met gegevens (serie -,
productie -, artikelnummer en voltage) is gemonteerd in het
bedieningspaneel.

Vermeld s.v.p. in correspondentie en bij het bestellen van
reserve onderdelen altijd het productie-, serie-, artikelnummer
en voltage van uw machine.

Als optie kan de AquaMatic geleverd worden met een
Dosatronpomp die zorgt voor toevoeging van snijbloemenvoeding en
de juiste menging van het water met de snijbloemenvoeding.

HET INSTELLEN VAN DE DOSERING MAG NOOIT ONDER DRUK
PLAATS VINDEN!
- Draai de watertoevoer uit en laat de druk naar nul zakken;
- Draai de conische moer/ blokkering los (linksom): fig. a;
- Draai de doseermoer links of rechtsom (fig. b) totdat de bovenzijde
correspondeert met de gewenste waarde.
- Draai de blokkering weer vast (rechtsom): fig. a.
Internationale herleiding
De Dosatron heeft een range van 0,1 tot 0,9 dit is 0,01% tot 0,09%
—> 1 tot 9 ml/liter.
2. Kan bloemvoeding + trechter
Vul de jerrycan met snijbloemenvoeding bij als deze leeg is.
3. Mengpijp
De mengpijp zorgt voor een goede menging van water en
snijbloemenvoeding.
4. Slang met filter
Met dit element kan de snijbloemenvoeding uit grotere vaten
worden opgezogen (i.p.v. uit de jerrycan).

Sensoren in een draaiplateau van 3 posities
De AquaMatic kan in twee uitvoeringen geleverd worden: Een
uitvoering waarbij het draaiplateau draait van links naar rechts (L/R)
of een uitvoering waarbij het draaiplateau draait van rechts naar
links (R/L). Beide uitvoeringen hebben 3 sensoren. Die bevinden zich
onder het draaiplateau:
Sensor 1: Wanneer het gat van het draaiplateau is bereikt dan stopt
ze. Als het draaiplateau stopt, wordt een nieuwe emmer aangevoerd
uit de opbouw.
Sensor 2 (Vulstationsensor): Registreert dat er een emmer op het
vulstation staat. Als er een emmer op het vulstation staat dan wordt
de emmer met de ingestelde hoeveelheid water gevuld.

Sensor 3 (Afhaalstationsensor): Controleert het afhaalstation. Als
daar een emmer op staat dan zal het draaiplateau niet draaien. Op
het moment dat de emmer weggehaald is draait het draaiplateau
naar de volgende positie. Deze sensor zorgt dat het draaiplateau in
beweging komt

de emmer met de ingestelde hoeveelheid water gevuld.
Sensor 3 (afhaalstationsensor): Controleert het afhaalstation. Als
daar een emmer op staat dan zal de transportband niet lopen. Op
het moment dat de emmer weggehaald wordt loopt de band door.

Het systeem gebruikt 5 draaitollen rondom om de emmers van
elkaar te dwingen. De draaitollen kunnen aangepast worden aan de
verschillende kraaghoogtes van de emmers d.m.v. vulplaatjes. De
beschikbare diktes van deze vulplaatjes zijn 1,2,3,4 en 5 mm. Op de
plaatjes zelf staat deze dikte gemarkeerd.

Touchscreen: Touchscreen om de AquaMatic mee te

Rode noodstop knop: Wanneer er dreiging is van een
gevaarlijke situatie, druk dan onmiddellijk op de noodstop
rode knop. De machine zal stoppen met alle acties.
Hoofdschakelaar: Stroom aan (positie 1) / stroom uit
(positie 0).

Startscherm / Reset knop: Dit is het beginscherm van de AquaMatic.
Druk op de “RESET” knop om te beginnen. Druk rechts bovenin om
bij het instellingenmenu te komen.

2.9.4. AquaMatic bedienen



Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
Draai de hoofdschakelaar 1 naar positie 1 om de machine aan te
zetten.
Vul de hoeveelheid water in. Hoofdmenu  Liter met de vijf
knopjes eronder.
Reset scherm als noodstopknop is ingedrukt: Draai de noodstop
knop rechtsom en druk op “RESET”.

Pas de diameter van de dispenser aan aan de diameter van de
emmer in gebruik. Hoofdmenu  “Open dispenser” en “Dicht
dispenser”.

Pas de hoogte van de opbouw aan de hoogte van de emmer in
gebruik aan. Hoofdmenu  “Omhoog dispenser” en “Omlaag
dispenser”.
Hoofdmenu:

Start: Start de automatische werking

Stop: Stopt de machine.

Open dispenser: Vergroot de ruimte voor grotere emmers.

Dicht dispenser: Verkleint de ruimte voor kleinere emmers.

Water geven: Geeft handmatig water

Omhoog dispenser: Beweegt de dispenser omhoog

Omlaag dispenser: Beweegt de dispenser omlaag

Instellingen liters per emmer: keuze menu waarbij het aantal
liters per emmer kan worden aangegeven.

Stel de hoogte van de vulmond in. De vulmond is in hoogte
verstelbaar. Draai de vleugelbout om de koker los of vast te
maken om zodoende de vulmond naar de gewenste hoogte te
brengen.

Instellen draaiplateau: Stel de vangerplaat in: De vangerplaat is
met vleugelmoeren vast gemaakt en afstelbaar om eenvoudige
aanpassingen mogelijk te maken aan het vangen van de
emmers


Druk op de rode reset knop.
Druk op de groene start knop om het proces te beginnen.
Nadat de machine is uitgeschakeld (stroom uit), dient u eerst op de
rode reset knop te drukken en vervolgens de groene start knop. Dit
om de machine weer in bedrijf te stellen.
Het draaiplateau/de transportband zal niet in beweging komen
indien er een emmer op het afhaalstation staat.
Als voorafgaand de noodstop is ingedrukt, is het mogelijk dat het
draaiplateau zich niet meer in de correcte positie bevindt. Druk in
dat geval de groene start knop 2 seconden in, om het draaiplateau
weer in de beginpositie te zetten (home positie).
AquaMatic stoppen
Uitschakelen
Druk op de rode stop knop. Zet de hoofdschakelaar uit en trek de
stekker uit het stopcontact om de machine compleet te stoppen.

2.10. Storingen






Machine start niet.
o Geen elektrische stroomtoevoer.

Controleer de conditie van de stoppen
