Il work team di Kaleidoscopio, di trentennale esperienza, presenta Atlasproject, una
linea di prodotti ideata dal designer Massimiliano Giordano.
The Kaleidoscopio work team, with its thirty years gained experience, is glad to present
Atlasproject, a new line of products conceived by the designer Massimiliano Giordano.
Esclusiva collezione di complementi d’arredo che nasce dalla sinergia tra la maturata abilità artigianale e l’innovativo design, alimentata dall´esigenza di ricercare e
sviluppare temi al passo con le nuove tendenze estetiche.
An exclusive furniture collection, born from the synergy between a long-standing craft
experience and an original design, based on the need to research and develop topics up
with the new aesthetic trends.
Atlasproject si articola in due linee della collezione specchi: “Atlas” ed “Itinera”.
Atlasproject is divided into two lines of the mirrors’ collection: “Atlas” and “Itinera”.
Atlas identifica una serie di specchi rotondi e rettangolari; figure primarie che racchiudono in sé ricercate geometrie. Una rivisitazione in chiave moderna della tradizionale legatura a piombo che, grazie all’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative, restituisce un risultato di forte impatto. Pur strizzando l’occhio al passato, il design si
esprime in tutta la sua essenzialitá ed eleganza.
Atlas identifies a series of round and rectangular mirrors. Primary figures that enclose refined geometries. A modern interpretation of the traditional plumb ligation that, thanks
to innovative technologies, gives a result of great impact. While winking at the past, the
design is expressed in all its essential nature and elegance.
Itinera é un viaggio cromatico condotto attraverso i materiali.
Il colore si accende attraverso i materiali accolti negli spazi geometrici di Atlas. Specchio e materia si combinano in un dialogo dinamico, offrendo riflessi che appagano
lo sguardo e stimolano il tatto.
Ad arricchire la linea, una serie di coffe tables dello stesso, sorprendente effetto.
Lavorazione
I prodotti della collezione Atlasproject sono interamente realizzati in Italia da abili
maestri artigiani, che si avvalgono di moderne strumentazioni per garantire risultati
di alta qualità e durevolezza . La sagomatura dei pezzi viene eseguita da macchine a
controllo numerico, mentre sia la rifinitura che l´assemblaggio sono rigorosamente
eseguite a mano, garantendo qualitá e pregio di ciascun articolo.
Le numerose varianti cromatiche sono il frutto della sapiente scelta di materiali naturali e metalli lavorati a mano. Pietre, ottone, rame, acciaio, pelle e molti altri ancora sono i materiali che rappresentano la fonte del colore per i prodotti della linea
Itinera. Utilizzati per le loro originali caratteristiche e l´unicità di venature, nuances
ed effetti ottici, rappresentano la soprendente tavolozza naturale dei colori a cui
attingere.
Ogni pezzo sarà cosí unico ed irripetibile.
Atlasproject presenta collezioni di prodotti unici per le loro caratteristiche, ma offre
il proprio supporto allo sviluppo ed alla ricerca di soluzioni personalizzate. Il team
è aperto tanto all’elaborazione di nuove forme ed alla selezione di nuovi materiali
per la realizzazione dei prodotti Atlasproject quanto allo studio ed alla consulenza
tecnica finalizzati alla progettazione e realizzazione di esclusive soluzioni di strutture divisorie da interno e rivestimenti.

PROJECT
Itinera is a chromatic journey led through the materials. The color lights through the
materials received inside the geometric spaces of Atlas.
Mirror and matter combine in a dynamic dialogue, offering reflections that attract the
eye and stimulate the sense of touch.
A series of coffee tables enriches the line, with the same, surprising effect.
Technicalities
The products of the Atlasproject collection are entirely made in Italy by skilled craftsmen,
who use modern equipment to ensure high-quality and long-life products.
The shaping of the pieces is performed by numerical control machines, while the finishing
work and the assembly are strictly performed by hand, ensuring in this way quality and
value of each item.
The numerous color variations are the result of careful selection of natural materials and
hand-processed metals. Stones, brass, copper, steel, leather and many others are the
materials that represent the color source for the products of the line Itinera.
Used for their original features and uniqueness of veins, shades and optical effects, they
represent the amazing natural color palette to draw from.
In this way each piece will be unique and unrepeatable.
Atlasproject presents collections of products with unique features, but offers its support
to the development and research of customized solutions. The team is open to the development of new moulds and the selection of new materials for the production of the
Atlasproject products, but is also available for the study and technical advice aimed at
designing and creating unique solutions of indoor partition structures and coatings.
