La nostra AZIENDA
Our COMPANY
Trasfo Project Srl produce trasformatori e reattanze che
vengono utilizzati in ambito eolico, fotovoltaico, elettrico
e industriale. L’azienda è nata nel 1999 e vanta dunque
un’esperienza pluriennale nella realizzazione di queste
macchine.
La produzione avviene totalmente in Italia e si concentra
nella zona di Vicenza, dove i settori dell’elettromeccanica
e dell’elettronica di potenza sono cresciuti negli anni,
aumentando la loro eccellenza.
I prodotti di Trasfo Project sono realizzati per il mercato
italiano e per quello estero, e sono certificati ISO.
Le caratteristiche principali dell’azienda sono la presenza
di impianti d’avanguardia, la progettazione interna e il
collaudo di ogni singolo prodotto. Tutto questo permette
a Trasfo Project di realizzare prodotti di alta qualità, anche
su misura.
L’azienda è situata a Montecchio Maggiore (in provincia di
Vicenza) e opera su un’area di circa 7000 mq.
Trasfo Project Srl manufactures transformers and reactors for
wind power, solar power, electrical and industrial applications.
Established in 1999, our company has a long-standing
experience in the production of these machines.
The manufacturing process takes place totally in Italy near
Vicenza, where the electromechanical and electronic power
sectors have grown in importance over the years, reaching a
high level of excellence.
Our ISO-certified products are suitable for the Italian market as
well as global markets.
Cutting-edge facilities, in-house design and the final testing of
each product are the main distinctive features of our company.
All this allows Trasfo Project Srl to manufacture custom-made
and high-quality transformers and reactors. The headquarters
are located in Montecchio Maggiore (in the province of
Vicenza), where the production department covers an area of
about 7,000 sqm.

Our PRODUCTION
L’esecuzione di tutte le fasi produttive è realizzata all’interno
del nostro stabilimento: dall’accettazione delle materie
prime in magazzino al collaudo finale delle macchine
prima della spedizione al cliente; dall’avvolgimento
con diversi conduttori (rame e/o alluminio in forma di
nastro, piattina, filo…) al montaggio dei trasformatori e
reattanze con particolare attenzione ai dettagli costruttivi;
dall’impregnazione sottovuoto con resina poliestere alla
finitura dei prodotti stessi.
Ci avvaliamo di personale qualificato, costantemente
aggiornato sulle procedure interne del sistema di
qualità, la cui esperienza lavorativa nel settore assicura
la produzione di trasformatori e reattanze con elevati
standard qualitativi e garantisce affidabilità e durata nel
tempo dei componenti, aumentando significativamente
la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti.
All production phases take place inside our plant: from the
arrival of the raw materials at our warehouse to the final testing
before shipping the goods to customers; from the winding of the
coils with different conductors (copper and/or aluminum strip,
plate, wire, etc.) to the precise assembly of our transformers and
reactors; from the vacuum impregnation with polyester resin to
the finishing of each manufactured machine.
Furthermore, the great working experience of our staff,
constantly updated on the internal certified procedures, ensures
the production of high-quality transformers and reactors
together with the reliability and durability of our components,
increasing significantly the satisfaction of our customers.

ISO 9001 per la progettazione, realizzazione e collaudo
di reattanze e trasformatori. Dall’ottobre 2010 il nostro
sistema di isolamento per la classe F ed H è certificato

e realizzati secondo le norme europee EN, IEC, CEI, VDE,

Trasfo Project Srl has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 certification
for the engineering, manufacturing and testing of reactors

La nostra PROGETTAZIONE
Our DESIGN
Il nostro ufficio tecnico sviluppa la creazione di tutti i progetti
dei trasformatori e delle reattanze di nostra produzione,
offrendo la migliore soluzione alle necessità tecnicoeconomiche del cliente per qualsiasi applicazione o per
esigenze particolari (raffreddamento ad acqua indiretto o
diretto, ventilazione naturale o forzata, perdite e rumorosità
non elevate…). In seguito al ricevimento dell’ordine che
riprende l’offerta redatta al cliente, i nostri tecnici mediante
l’utilizzo di software 2D e 3D, elaborano i disegni di tutti i
componenti costruttivi delle macchine prima di procedere
alla produzione delle stesse presso il nostro stabilimento.
Our technical office develops all the projects related to the
production of each transformer and reactor we manufacture. We
offer the best possible solution for the economic and technical
requirements of our customers for machines suitable to different
applications or special needs (for instance, direct or indirect liquid
cooling; natural or forced air; reduced losses and low noise levels,
etc.). Once the order based on the offer sent to the customer is
received, our technical office, using 2D and/or 3D software,
designs all the structural components of every machine before
starting their production in our manufacturing plant.

Le nostre sale prove interne dotate di apparecchiature
all’avanguardia eseguono i test di routine delle norme IEC su
ogni trasformatore e reattanze di nostra produzione. Per test
particolari non realizzabili presso la nostra sede ci avvaliamo
di laboratori esterni certificati, università o enti internazionali.
Attualmente possiamo effettuare le seguenti prove:

t Misura dei rapporti di trasformazione e controllo
polarità dei collegamenti
t Misura della resistenza negli avvolgimenti
t Misura delle perdite e della corrente a vuoto
t Misura delle perdite in corto circuito e della tensione di
corto circuito
t Prova di isolamento a frequenza industriale
t Prova di isolamento con tensione indotta
t Prova di riscaldamento
All transformers and reactors are checked with routine tests
according to IEC international standards in our testing facilities
equipped with latest generation equipment. For special tests, we
rely directly on external and /or international authorities, such as
universities or other organisations.
We are able to perform the following tests:
