Artificiale in lega di piombo stampato. La versione da 13 cm. si può montare anche con l’ancoretta che, fra l’altro, fa da timone al jig
imitando il movimento di un calamaro. Particolarmente consigliato per la pesca degli sgombroidi, tunnidi e seppie. I modelli da 15 cm. in su,
invece, si prestano unicamente per il montaggio “assist”, che comporta un’azione di pesca fatta di due o tre “pompate” corte, più una lunga
con rilascio.
Moulded lead alloy lure. The 13cm model can be rigged with a treble hook that gives the jig the swimming action of a squid. Ideal for
fishing for mackerel, tuna, bonito and cuttlefish. The models from 15 cm upwards are especially designed to be rigged with assist hooks. With
this particular rig setup, the jig is retrieved using two or three short sharp jerks followed by a longer jerk and a pause to let the jig sink
slightly.

Artificiale con forma a lama di coltello, molto efficace nei confronti di pesci come scorfani, dentici, tracine, barracuda e ricciole. La prima
misura, da 13 cm. necessita esclusivamente dell’ancoretta per un montaggio redditizio, mentre il 15, il 16, e il 17 cm. richiedono “l’assist”. Con
quest’ultima tecnica di montaggio, unitamente all’azione di pesca fatta da vibrate corte, alternate a lunghi rilasci, il jig assume l’andamento
di una guglia “tramortita” che vaga in acqua senza una direzione ben definita, “eccitando” i predatori.
Shaped like a knife blade, this lure is ideal to fish for scorpion fish, weaver, dentex, barracuda and amberjack. The 13cm model needs
to be rigged with a treble hook to work effectively, while the other models must be rigged with an assist hook. With this rig setup, the jig is
retrieved by alternating short jerks and long pauses. This technique imparts to the lure the movement of a stunned needlefish that drifts in
the water triggering predators to strike.

Questa versione di Jig, nelle misure di 10 cm. e 12 cm. si esalta se montata esclusivamente con l’ancoretta, che ricopre il ruolo di timone. Attuando la soluzione sopra citata, si dona all’artificiale un movimento particolare che non potrebbe altrimenti assumere con altri tipi di
montaggi. Seppie, tunnidi e sgombroidi, sono le prede più comunemente catturate. I 16 cm. e 18 cm. vengono utilizzati per il montaggio
“assist”, da farsi con lunghezza leggermente superiore alla metà del corpo del jig. Ottimo per le ricciole.
The 10 cm. and 12 cm. versions of this jig are specifically designed to be rigged with a treble hook as rudder. This arrangement gives
the lure a unique swimming action which attracts cuttlefish, mackerel, tuna and bonito. The 16 cm and 18 cm models are ideal to make
assist hook rigs, which must be slightly longer than the half of the jig body. Perfect for fishing for amberjack.
