Step into a real local kitchen in Chianni! Wear your kitchen apron ready to prepare 2 of the most
traditional ancient Tuscan recipes together with our local cook and an English speaking assistant for
an authentic Tuscan experience. Lunch and local wines included. Complimentary dessert included.
Price per adult €60; teenagers 13-17yrs, 40€; children 4 -12yrs, 20€
Menu choice will fall on 2 among these ancient recipes:
Panzanella ( typical bread salad with cucumber and tomatoes);
Pappa al pomodoro( traditional thick bread soup with tomato, garlic, sage and basil);
Fagioli rifatti con la salsiccia (beans in tomato sauce with pork sausages);
Cavolo in umidocon pancetta (cauliflower stew Tuscan art with ‘pancetta’);
Fagiolini in umidocon straccetti ( stewed green beans Tuscan art with meat strips)
Vegetarian options also available. Class lasts 2 hours + time for the lunch
