TECO T3 - Automatic tray former for cardboard trays with columns
The TECO T3 automatic tray former folds and glues cardboard trays and allows the production of a wide range of box
styles and sizes, from the simple plaform to more complex tray constructions with both open and closed columns as well
as double walls.
Thanks to the continuous motion of the main chain, the T3 tray former can reach production rates up to 35 pcs/min
depending on the tray style and construction.
The machine is made up of a blank magazine and a suction caps feeding system, the folding station for columns and the
forming area.
The changeover can be carried out easily and quickly through micrometer scale handles and clearly readable and adjustable
scales and only very few parts to replace .
The T3 machine is available in a variety of versions, and the base model itself can be modified and updated to your latest
needs at any time.

TECO T3 - Automatische dozenopzetmachine voor opzetdozen met hoekstukken
De TECO T3 automatische trayopzetter vouwt en lijmt kartonnen dozen en maakt het mogelijk een groot aantal doossoorten
en formaten automatisch op te zetten.
Van simpel 4 zijdig tot complexe trays , al dan niet met gesloten of open hoekstukken (kolommen).
Dankzij de continuebeweging van de hoofdaandrijving bereikt de T3 productieaantallen tot wel 35 dozen per minuut .
De machine bestaat uit een plano magazijn , een vacuum invoer systeem , het vouwgedeelte voor de hoekstukken en het
formeergedeelte.
Een eventuele formaatwissel kan snel en eenvoudig uitgevoerd worden met nauwkeurige handwielen en een beperkt
aantal ombouwdelen.
De T3 is verkrijgbaar in diverse uitvoeringen. Het basismodel kan in een later tijdstip altijd eenvouding uitgebreid worden
met diverse opties.
