sospesa: i supporti antivibranti in gomma-metallo sono indicati per tagliare frequenze >
ai 25 Hz (1500 rpm). Per una corretta installazione, vedere manuale relativo o interpellare il nostro ufficio tecnico al n° 0039 02 92 44 31 209.
In choising the antivibrating it’s important the security of the suspended machine.
The rubber -metal antivibrating are indicated to cut frequencies at 25 Hz (1500 rpm)

LETTURA DEL NOMOGRAMMA:
From the intersection of the horizontal line indicating the frequency and the oblique line
indicating insulation percentage (I%) can obtains the point in the band corresponding
to the grade of insulation: the abscissa of this point indicates the deflection in mm .

Si supponga di dover isolare un gruppo frigorifero con una frequenza di 1500 r.p.m.
(25 Hz) con 6 punti di appoggio, su ciascuno dei quali gravano 500 Kg. Per ottenere
un isolamento del 85% delle perturbanze in campo è necessaria una freccia di 3 mm
circa. Il carico diviso la deflessione determina la rigidezza del supporto (costante
elastica) “K”=Kg/mm

Il supporto antivibrante dovrà avere una resistenza al carico sovrastante vicino al valore
riportato nelle tabelle o nei grafici corrispondenti presenti nel catalogo.

READING THE NOMOGRAPH:
Dall’intersezione della retta orizzontale relativa alla frequenza con la retta obliqua,
riferita alla percentuale d’isolamento (I%), si ottiene un punto nella fascia corrispondente al grado d’isolamento, la cui ascissa indica la deflessione espressa in mm.
L’installazione è corretta quando tutti i Supporti Antivibranti hanno più o meno la
stessa deflessione; se la deflessione ottenuta non consegue la posa in piano della
macchina, si dovranno utilizzare degli appositi martinetti di registro livello. Per la
corretta installazione consultare l’apposita guida tecnica. La Soleco engineering srl
non si assume la responsabilità per l’errata installazione del Supporto.
Suppose a refrigerating unit has to be insulated with a frequency of 1500 r.p.m. (25
Hz), 6 footings and on each of them rest 500 Kg. In order to obtain a 85% insulation a
deflection of 3 mm is required. The load divided by the deflection determine the
stiffness of the mount “K” = Kg/mm

The antivibrating mount should have a resistance to the above load near the
value indicated in the schedules or graphics of this catalogue.
The installation is correct when all the antivibrating mounts have more or less the
same deflection; if the obtained deflection does not achieve the plain setting of the
machine, it will be necessary the use of jacks to adjust the level. Please consult the
technical guide for a correct installation. Soleco engineering srl is not responsible for
the consequences due to a non compliance of the installation instructions.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Tappetino in elastomero termoplastico in varie durezze ShA
con gli strati interni componibili, con caratteristiche elastico-meccaniche
costanti nel tempo, materiale riciclabile, elevata resistenza meccanica ed alla
lacerazione, alto valore del carico di rottura ed allungamento percentuale.
Resistenti a varie classi di agenti chimici quali basi, acidi e solventi polari.
Elevata resistenza all’invecchiamento atmosferico, all’ozono ed agli raggi U.V.
La temperatura di esercizio può variare dai –50°C ai +120°C. Elevato grado di
isolamento termico ed elettrico.
Termoplastic elastomer pad, featuring constant elastic and mechanical
characteristics over time, totally recyclable, with high mechanical and tear resistance,
high breaking load and breaking strain. Resistant to a wide range of chemical agents,
as acids, bases and polar solvents. High resistance to atmospheric ageing, ozone and
UV rays. Operating temperature ranges from –50°C to +120°C. High thermal insulation and electrical isolation.
Applicazioni: Macchine utensili, macchine tessili, presse meccaniche,
apparecchiature elettroniche, stampatrici ecc.
Applications: Machine tools, textile machines, mechanical presses,
electrical equipment, printing machines, etc….
A richiesta: Realizzazione degli antivibranti in materiale auto
estinguente come da normativa UL94-V0.
Taglio su misura, anche con i formati non standard.
On request: Flame-Retardant rubber as from normative UL94-V0 can be provided.
Size can be tailored according to customer’s needs.
