ANNOUNCEMENT TO HOLDERS OF RENO DE MEDICI S.P.A. CONVERTIBLE SAVINGS
SHARES
Please note that, pursuant to Article 5 of the By-laws, in February 2017, holders of convertible savings
shares will be able to convert their securities into Reno De Medici S.p.A. ordinary shares.
The conversion will take place at the rate of one convertible savings share, dividend entitlementdate
01.01.2016 (coupon no. 10), against the issue of one ordinary share, dividend entitlement date 01.01.2016
(coupon no. 10).
The conversion can be requested by shareholders from respective intermediary custodians or, for holders of
shares not yet dematerialized, from a custodian belonging to the Monte Titoli S.p.A. centralized management
system against the filing of the certificates representing the actual shares.
Ordinary shares coming from the conversion will be introduced, under the dematerialization scheme, into the
Monte Titoli S.p.A. centralized management system.
