Part Specification
Back Plate
Back plate will be CNC milled from a solid block of aluminum. Holes will be
center drilled and CNC milled to size and tolerances.
Front Plate
Front plate will be CNC milled from a solid block of aluminum. Holes will be
center drilled and CNC milled to size and tolerances.
Input Shaft
Input shaft will be lathed down to size from 25mm solid stock shaft. Gear will then
be pressed onto shaft and within tolerance.
Output Shaft
Input shaft will be lathed down to size from 25mm solid stock shaft. Gear will then
be pressed onto shaft and within tolerance.
Gears
Gears will be sourced from a third party manufacture. Then pressed onto shafts
to set length and tolerances.
