into place to complete construction of the Eiffel Tower.

ACUTE ACCENT
Acute accent (L’ accent aigu) is the most common accent used
in written French. It is only used with the letter “e” and appears above
it to indicate the quality of the vowel sound represented by the letter
“e”.
