Joe?
Joe believes that government should help
those who cannot help themselves, by
taxing and then spending on services
for the young, poor, elderly, sick, etc.
He also recognizes the rights of women
to choose to have an abortion, supports
marriage rights all people, regardless of
sexuality, and would like to see
stronger gun control laws.
Ron?
Ron would like to see as small a Federal
Government as possible - one that is so
weak it cannot do much in regulating
the economy or taxing its citizens. He
wants it so weak that is does not tell its
citizens what to do with their lives either
- he supports and individual’s right to do
as they please, as long as it doesn’t
infringe on another person’s right. Govt
should stay out of our wallets & our
homes.
Selena?
Selena believes that government should
allow businesses to operate with as little
regulation as possible. She believes in
a free-market with low taxes, since we
can decide what’s better for us than the
Gov’t can. Selena also believes that
abortion is wrong and needs to be
stopped. She supports organized
prayer in schools would be good for
students.
Ted?
Ted would love to see a strong and powerful
government. He trusts government more
than business and sees that it is the job of
gov’t to regulate business. He also feels it
is their job to look after the little guy - so
that basic community values are upheld.
He is against gay marriage and the open
service of gays in the military, because
that’s not how things used to be. He is an
advocate of gun rights and a proud
member of the NRA.
