I SERVIZI PREVISTI SONO REGOLATI DAL PRESENTE CONTRATTO:
Vaccinazioni e documenti
1. L'animale da affidarci deve assolutamente avere tutte le vaccinazioni in regola con i periodi sanitari obbligatori previsti. In caso
contrario la Von Casa Falco provvederà addebitandone il servizio al proprietario.
2. E’ preferibile che l’animale affidatoci abbia l’esame delle feci.
Malattia e decesso dell’animale
3. La Von Casa Falco viene sgravata da qualsiasi responsabilità per malattie e/o decesso dell'animale affidatoci in consegna, se queste
risultano incubate prima dell'affidamento.
4.Nelle condizioni in cui il cane abbia incubato qualsivoglia genere di malattia prima della consegna ai nostri servizi e/o nel caso l’animale
necessiti, a discrezione nostre, di cure, la Von Casa Falco provvederà alle cure dovute dell'animale mediante personale abilitato ed un
«Dottore Veterinario» convenzionato. LE SPESE che eventualmente necessiteranno saranno a completo carico del proprietario del cane e
dovranno a loro volta, essere saldate al ritiro del servizio di albergatura dello stesso. NON e’ obbligo della Von Casa Falco avvisare il
proprietario se non in casi gravi come es. necessita’ di interventi chirurgici. In questo caso sarà inviato un SMS al numero di cellulare in
scheda di prenotazione, nel caso di mancata risposta in tempo utile, si procederà, a discrezione del medico Veterinario, a fare quanto
possibile per, tutelare la salute dell’animale.
5.In caso di decesso del soggetto affidatoci, la Von Casa Falco provvederà ad inviare immediatamente un sms al numero del referente
chiedendo se desidera fare, a sue spese, un’autopsia. Successivamente a tale azione o in caso di mancata risposta al sms procederemo a
far incenerire il cane presso ditta autorizzata a spese del proprietario.
Obblighi prima della consegna alla Von Casa Falco
6. Il TRATTAMENTO ANTIPARASSITARIO e’ obbligatorio onde tutelare la salute del Vostro cane/gatto e degli altri ospiti presenti. Sara quindi
cura della V.C.F. provvedere a ciò nel caso il soggetto richiedente l’albergatura sia sprovvisto di trattamento antiparassitario o che lo stesso
scada nel periodo di albergatura. Alla scadenza dell'ALBERGATURA, prima del ritiro dell'animale, lo stesso sarà sottoposto, A TOTALE
DISCREZIONE della V.C.F , a un bagno professionale onde consegnare il soggetto pulito e pronto a rientrare in casa, nelle migliori
condizioni igieniche, il costo complessivo di ambedue i servizi eseguiti sarà esclusivamente A TOTALE CARICO del proprietario.
7. Si rende obbligatorio informare il responsabile dell'accettazione al servizio di albergatura, dell'eventualità in cui l'animale da affidarci
sia di indole «aggressiva», tutto ciò per evitare inutili, dannose e spiacevoli conseguenze per lo stesso e/o per gli altri: «persone e/o
animali che siano» è altresì obbligatorio e prudente informare di eventuali patologie o cure di cui necessiti l’animale stesso.
Mancato ritiro dell’animale e azioni successive
8.Trascorso il termine convenuto di custodia senza che l'animale sia stato ritirato, la spesa giornaliera dei nostri servizi, continuerà a totale
carico del proprietario nel rispetto delle cifre stabilite nel presente contratto. Trascorsi 8 (otto) giorni dalla data prestabilita al ritiro
concordato del cane, nell'eventualità lo stesso non sia ancora stato ritirato, lo stesso verrà considerato “ABBANDONATO” e quindi il
proprietario sarà PENALMENTE perseguibile. La Von Casa Falco si riserva di adire alle vie legali per ottenere, anche, quanto le spetta;
chiaramente rimane inteso che ogni qual si voglia genere di spesa «legale, di mantenimento e quant'altro possibile», dovrà essere
sostenuta dal proprietario dell'animale stesso.
9. La Von Casa Falco inoltre informa la gentile clientela che: In caso di mancato pagamento del corrispettivo dovuto x l’albergatura e i
servizi inerenti, intende esercitare il «DIRITTO DI RITENERE» ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all'articolo 2756 c.c.
10. Il soggetto affidato alla Von Casa Falco non ha un valore superiore a € 500,00 ( cinquecento/00).

SERVICES ARE REGULATED BY THIS CONTRACT:
Vaccinations and papers
1. The animal you entrust to us has to be uo to date with all mandatory vaccinations and sanitary checks.
If not, Von Casa Falco will provide to settle the medical status charging the costs to the owner.
2. If you have done the feces exam of your dog, please bring it together with your animal.
Animal desease and death
3. Von Casa Falco will not be held responsible for diseases or deaths of animal lodged in our pension if due to animal’s illness reputable
prior to arrival to our kennel.
4. If your dog/cat falls ill during its stay due to a previous illness or if, in our opinion, needs medical assistance, Von Casa Falco will
provide for it, through its professional staff and veterinary. Costs will be charged totally to dog’s owner and must be paid at pickup. Von
Casa Falco is not obliged to advise the owner beforehand, unless the medical situation is critical, (ex. surgery) In this case an SMS will be
sent to the owner’s mobile number, previously indicated on the reservation form. If no reply is received, following Veterinary’s decision,
everything possible will be done to try to save the animal’s life.
5. In case of death of the animal Von Casa Falco will immediately send an SMS to the owner’s mobile asking if he/she wants to have an
autopsy effected at his/her’s own charge.
Obligations before the delivery at Von Casa Falco
6. The animal entrusted to our doghouse will be subject to an anti-flea treatment that is mandatory to keep our environment safe for
everybody. This service will be done following the characteristics of the dog’s or cat’s breed and coat utilizing specific products. These
treatments are compulsory for the acceptance of the animal. In this way we guarantee our doghouse protection from all infections. At the
end of the stay the animal will be subject, at the discretion of the staff, also to a bath in order that the dog/cat can go home clean and
tidy. Both services will be totally at the owner's expense
7. It’s compulsory to advise the staff of the doghouse if the animal could present an aggressive nature. In this way we can preventing
unpleasant troubles for the staff or for the other animals. It’s compulsory also to advise Von Casa Falco of any pathologies your animal is
affected of and treatments your animal needs.
Late retreatment of the dog and following actions
8. At the deadline of the reservation, if the animal has not been picked up, the daily expenses of our services will continue to be charged
to the owner. After 8 (eight) days from the agreed pickup date, the animal will be declared “ABBANDONED”, this is considered a CRIMINAL
OFFENCE for the Italian law. Von Casa Falco will start legal proceedings to obtain what we are entitled to receive; all the costs sustained
will be totally at the owner's expense (legal costs, doghouse costs, etc.).
9.Von Casa Falco inform the kind clientele that, in case of missed payment of the services provided, we will exert the “DIRITTO DI
RITENERE” or “RIGHT OF RETENTION” under and for effect of the article 2756 c.c.
10. The animal lodged at Von Casa Falco has a value not superior to € 500,00 (fivehundred/00).
