Who We Are
Solberg Nigeria Limited was founded in Lagos in April, 2010 as a limited liability
company. It was an idea that was developed to meet the challenging inadequacy
of infrastructural development in the country. Solberg is a fully-owned indigenous
Nigerian company incorporated in the same year under the companies and Allied
Matters Decree 1990.
What We do
Our expertise covers various types of construction and civil engineering of
residential, institutional and commercial structures. We are also involved in
infrastructural projects like roads, bridges, sea ports, water facilities, etc. Further
more, we handle conceptual designs, procurement, project management and
installation.

Engr. Lawrence C. Achigbu
Managing Director/CEO
Engr. Achigbu hold a bachelor of Engineering
degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology
from Federal University of Technology, Owerri
and an MBA(Public Administration) from
University of Lagos.
Engr. Achigbu is also the CEO of Chimons Gas
Limited. He is a member of the Nigerian Society
of Engineers and a distinguished Alumnus of
Petroleum Engineering, Federal University of
Technology, Owerri; south-East in Nigeria. Engr
Achigbu has attended several high profile
international courses including courses at the
prestigious Harvard Business School, Boston,
USA.
He has served in different boards, he was the
chairman, Standard Shoe Company, Owerri from
2001-2004, a position that led to the
rehabilitation of the company and repositioning
for effective production after fifteen years of redundancy. He was also the
chairman, Imo Marketing Company Limited in 2006 and he successfully
repositioned the company as a profit making enterprise.
Engr. Achigbu is the chairman of Chimons Ventures Limited, a company that
handles EPC Contracts and other support services particularly line pipes, casings
and tubular goods to major Nigerian oil and gas companies. He is happily married
with three children.

Kelechi Eto-Ihekwaba holds a degree in Accountancy
and Master of Business Administration(MBA) from
federal University of Technology, Akure. Mrs. Kelechi
Eto – Ihekwaba has a wealth of experience in
Accounting, Auditing and Human resources and
Admin. She is a highly
Spirited individual who has worked in companies
such as Port Harcourt Refining Company, Sun Gold
International Ltd, Zinox Technology Group(Zinox
Computers, Task Systems Ltd and Technology
Distributions Ltd respectively, before joining the
Solberg team.

The main objective of SOLBERG NIGERIA LIMITED in quality management is to
