could follow ?
Could academy provides them future R&D
directions in Future Internet ?

 2004-, CNGI-CERNET2 (Native IPv6 Backbone)
 CSTNET: China Science and Technology Network
 1994, Managed by CAS, Nation wide connections
 100+ Research institutes, Users over 1 Million
 2000- NSFCNET (IPv4/IPv6)
 2003- CNGI (China Next Generation Internet, including IPv6
backbone, campus network, and R&D). CERNET2 is the
largest IPv6 network in China and the world
 3TNET (a testbed for Terabit optical, Terabit WDM, Terabit
Router + interactive TV), now is announced on July 31 2009
as NGB (not NGN or NGI, it’s Next Generation Broadcasting)

 The Internet development in China is fast and we
also met many problems. The IT industry hope the
academy could provide them future directions

 The Future Internet is being considered in future
projects (2011-2021)
