volunteerism and contributions to worthy community organizations and schools.

What is Blue Sky Involve?



Blue Sky Involve is Johnson Controls’ global employee volunteer program
Launched in 2006
Employee-driven program supporting volunteer efforts aligned with:






Environmental sustainability
Leadership development
Employee teams choose a non-profit
organization or school
Minimum of 3 employees per project
Approved projects receive $1,000 grant
What qualifies a Blue Sky Involve project?
Project must meet the following eligibility
requirements:
 Involvement by at least three employees
 Supports environmental stewardship or
leadership development
 Helps a registered non-profit or educational
institution
 Engages employees as active volunteers
 Applies to projects outside of Milwaukee or
Plymouth headquarters areas

The application process
 Applications are accepted online March 1 – June 30
 If project is approved, applicant will be notified via email and project can begin
 $1000 grant payment will be sent either via check (for U.S./Canada) or wire transfer (for all projects
outside U.S./Canada)
 Wire transfer details are required for all applications outside the U.S and Canada
 Complete project by the end of December
 Upon project completion, Share your Success Story online
