Brief about QTPL

The promoters started the construction business in a proprietory form by the name of M/s Quality Construction in the year 1993. Therafter it was merged with an existing group company - QTPL in the year 2007. Having successfully operated in the state of Gujarat from 1993 to 2006, the group ventured into other states of the country like Orissa, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh to expand the operations. With the industrial boom that is occuring in India, the company desires to take on even bigger projects and is confident of delivering what is needed to succeed in this highly competitive market.

The Team

Experienced team led by Promoters, Mr. Vineet C Deorari (MBA, BE(Civil) and Mr.Sudershan Kumar (M.tech, B.E (Civil) who have over 15 years of experience in the sector now. Mr Kalpesh Shah, VP (Technical Projects) with over 15 years of experience & Mr Arun Kumar Gaur more than 5 years.

(VP Projects) with over 25 yrs of experience have worked for corporates like NTPC, Reliance, Simplex, Adani, Shapoorji Pallonji and add a lot of value to this organisation. Apart from this we have very good qualified project managers associated with us now for We believe that the experience of our management team and our management's understanding of the construction industry will enable us propel in this sector for long times to come.

QTPL has recently poured successfully more than 70,000 cu mts. of concrete in complex precasting jobs in a Refinery Project in Gujarat. We also executed large industrial projects involving @ 150,000 cu mts. of concrete and 40,000 MT of steel in the last 2 years.

Market Summary

 India is booming at this moment, overall business growth during the past seven years has averaged approximately 9.5% and is expected to continue for at least the next decade. This makes for a very attractive market for QTPL.

 We will be concentrating on the customers that will provide us with the greatest margin, in other words those clients desiring civil structures in power and refinery sectors. The promoters intend to start a precast concrete yard either in Banglore / Mumbai using a patented technology from a US manufacturer with an investment of 1.5 Million $. For the precast product line we intend to introduce we already have very large corporate inquiries. I think we can have it rolling within 6 to 9 months.
