Busing
Six bus routes serve the suburbs of:
Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park, Edina, Osseo, Crystal, Richfield,
Bloomington, Chanhassen, Hopkins, Chaska, Shakopee, Prior
Lake
Busing is currently available only at the end of the full school
day; there is no bus available for 1/2 day kindergarten students.
Students meet at various locations along the bus route for pick
up and drop off.
Students who live outside of the district the school is located in
currently pay $400.00 per student per year for bus service.

Registration Timeline
• We follow the strict guidelines set by the state for
enrollment of charter schools.
• Open enrollment for 2011-2012 is currently
underway and lasts until January 15.
Eagle Ridge Academy News
We are proud to announce the opening of our K-5 expansion! Beginning in the fall
of 2010, we now provide our award winning classical education to students from
Kindergarten through 12th Grade.

the 2011 - 2012 school year, please complete an online Initial Interest Form,

Enrollment Process
• Returning students are placed into the next grade.
• If there are additional openings, a lottery will be held.
• Each student that has filled out an Initial Enrollment Form for 20112012 will have a number assigned to them.
• We will first enroll Kindergarten students with those having
enrolled siblings getting priority.
• We then draw for any remaining spots in Kindergarten.
• We then enroll siblings of those new students.
This process continues for each grade.
In January, you will be notified of your enrollment status, including
positions on any wait lists.
We currently have 2 sections of each grade level. Expansion to
additional sections will depend on our future site.
