• Do the exacting work of data collection
• Inform policymakers about the early childhood and
school-age/after-school workforce

Entry Level Completion Postcards
WISCONSIN ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 251.05(1)(h)
Beginning July 1, 2000, all persons completing a department-approved
course offered by a private agency that is used to meet entry-level
qualifications will be issued a certificate of completion from The Registry. This
is the only documentation of successful course completion that will be
accepted for department-approved courses offered by private agencies taken
after July 1, 2000*. (this has been amended as of Sept. 1, 2010)
Successful completion of entry-level classes taken at technical schools will be
documented on a transcript.
High school courses that meet the entry-level training requirements will
result in a certificate issued by the Department of Public Instruction—a grade
report or high school transcript is not sufficient. A person holding a DPI
paraprofessional or teacher aide license will need to document that they have
complete the appropriate entry level training.

Program Profile you will be able to see a list of staff that have worked for
your program. You’ll notice that there may be past employees that you will
