Underwriting - Exams We worked with a variety of vendors to make it easy to complete an electronic exam, including: • Electronic signature functionality • Exam will be received “in good order” within minutes of completion • More detailed medical history up front may result in less APS (attending physician’s statements) being ordered by home office • Alcohol and drug questionnaires are available electronically, along with HIV consent form
